• I called these guys for an electric shower repair/replacement. They managed to squeeze me in with 2 days notice. The chap who came was a professional well mannered electrician. He found the problem within 5 minutes. The problem of which was nothing to do with the shower but the electrics in between. He did not try and up sell anything and was good and honest. He promptly repaired the electrics while doing so providing commentary on what caused the problem while at the same times reeling of dates of when the relevant regulations were introduced. He spotted that my fuse box had some issues and needed sorting. Instead of claiming that the work needed doing by an electrician he supplied with the company and number to contact for a replacement. 11/10 service was also on time, clean and thorough. Also due to the early diagnosis of the problem, he knocked £10 of the charge, which i was more than prepared to pay as he saved me an entire electric shower replacement.

• I needed a Landlord Certificate, but after the initial survey a couple of problems were discovered. ADC were able to book me in quickly to complete the remedial work - rather important because I live 130 miles away so don't want to be travelling back and forth too often!
